Pros
- nice office building, with small offices for 4 people and natural light, enough parking places - free coffee, tea, water
Cons
This was the worst experience I had in my career. I had 4 interviews for a position and on my 1st day, I had to find out from one of my colleagues (not from my manager!), that I had a different role. The manager was moody and inconsistent in his communication style. What was worst is that one of my colleagues was his wife, but I found this out by chance - it was kept a secret for obvious reasons. Absolut trash, would not recommend it to anyone.
