Pros
This is one of the few companies I have worked for, which drastically upped my game to a whole new level. The work is very 'researchy' and the emphasis is on great products. One can learn 3 times faster than many other places
Cons
I witnessed a lot of restructuring, lay-offs which kind of throws you off for few days and make you question your divisions stability. If you are game for a roller coaster ride and you happen to be in a great team then there is no shortage of great experiences here.
