Pros
flex schedule with no weekends. depending on your department and supervisor, their are team events and outings, lots of fundraisers, and potlucks. Pay is okay and you are granted a part of their stock after a year of employment.
Cons
Starts at training. They dont tell you how intense and demanding training/the job is before giving you a job offer. once you are hired you, if you dont like the job and quit within your first 90 days you owe the company $750! They do not care about your personal life. They only care that you get 40 hours a week and hit goal. They will make you work if you're on your death bed. Managers contradict themselves and change policies every other day. You earn PTO but managers NEVER let you use it. Managers treat you like peasants and dont know how to talk to us like adults. the place becomes depressing!
