Pros
They were very nice and accommodating at first. They will do their best to train you even though you don't have any access to the system. They are very nice to you in the beginning. Be wary of that. Also, get everything they promise in writing. This will definitely help you.
Cons
They promise the world and do not deliver. Management is at times extremely combative and nasty, they will threaten you if you are a pushover. I had to go on a family emergency to find out that I couldn't work remotely from another state, despite the fact that the job is remote. I was promised that before my hire and they did not keep their word. I wish i had it in writing. Was told when I took a family emergency, that I needed permission. When I expressed that other colleagues in the same department did the same even up to 2 weeks before, I was told it was none of my business. I was let go a week and a half later after they said i was doing a phenomenal job, then say they were letting me go for the reason i wasn't doing my job. Its like what the what? Anyways, wish them the best and can have some good perks but be wary of who you speak to. I started with one manager and she was replaced by the most clueless and micromanaging managers ever.
