Free movies, free drinks/popcorn while on break, flexible schedule for those with a weekday job or for those in school.
Cons
Tips are not accepted, promotions are hard to come by, strict rules for using the cash registers, guests can be very rude, calling in to get movie tickets at a different theater is a hassel.
