Mislead and lied to for months about my job coming back. - Manager AMC Entertainment Employee Review

Let's start with the most toxic work environment I've ever been in. Verbally assaulted by fellow management, who later threatened to throw my boss off a two story balcony, resulting in the police being called. This was all in their FLAGSHIP THEATER. Not to mention the CEO taking a MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BONUS after laying off thousands and thousands of people. I found out through SOCIAL MEDIA that I no longer had a job, because communication was so awful leading up to COVID layoffs. GM had no idea what he was doing, and never had the respect of any of his staff/management the entire time I was there. I wouldn't recommend employment at AMC to my worst enemy.
