The people are great, the work is fun and there are great perks!
Cons
The culture is one of status quo. There are a lot of employees that have been there for 20+ years and AMC has been their only job. Therefore, depending on the department, they are threatened by outside talent. Additionally, there are a lot of people doing jobs with no subject matter expertise or education in their given field, which makes for it difficult to work efficiently and get things accomplished.
