Pros
Free movies (as long as its not opening weekend or sold out) Its a good part-time job not a full-time If you want money, you never have to worry about hours, especially if they see you're a reliable worker You meet celebrities, they love the movies If you have nice co-workers, you'll be fine
Cons
To get a promotion you have to suck up to all the supervisors and managers. Minimum wage: 7.25, sometimes its not worth it will the labor you do You have to make you own to make it though the day and we did. It was the only thing that made it enjoyable. Upselling and suggestive selling...it's a little difficult to sell bigger popcorn or larger drinks when the majority of the people who go to your theatre are skinny Caucasians who are always on a diet. You have to make sure the supervisors and managers like you, and the only way to make sure of that is making conversation and joking with them. There's some favoritism amongst some managers.
