Lack of Diversity in Leadership, especially in IT - Anonymous employee AMC Entertainment Employee Review

Definite lack of diversity in IT, especially in leadership positions. "Contractor row" seating is not conducive to good work. No consistent strategic leadership. From observations - no career-pathing for perm associates, or for contractors to become perm. HR is not consistent between departments, and a definite feel of the "good ole boy" network - disappointing especially in this day and age.
