Inhadvthe ownership of a lot of thing and that helped me to develop myself and get a better professional

Regqrding the cons I don't know where to start from. 1.you have to work more than 8 hours 2. You have to work 6 or 7 days a week without being paid extra money or given an extra day off 3. They fire people with one day - week notice period. 4. They lie to the employees in order to keep them in the company until they dont need them anymore 5. The salary is below the average based on market and of course it is not meeting the effort and the responsibilities. *That was my personal experience. There are proves for some of these, ane for some others they don't as these things are not communicated via email for obvious reasons.
