      Pros

      There is no paycheck to be had for an adult. Maybe if you still live with your parents with no bills.

      Cons

      No work, pay is only to get drivers to waste their time only getting hrs.. Drivers are left out to dry. There is no care to retain drivers. You may only work 2hrs a day more than once a week either way it can't be made up.
