Flexible - Able to choose what days you want to work. Cancellations need to be notified 24 hours in advance! Worktime - Finish your route then you can leave early unless you are to be asked to help out other drivers who are fallen behind (no extra pay sadly but this works vice versa with others). Max time on the road till about 10pm. Van - Provides an Amazon van for you which costs to rent, this is taken off automatically via the wise app. Managers - Really great! Helps drivers out as much as possible while maintaining discipline if needed to be performed. Managers in office are really generous but stern so no abusing their kindness! Applying - As long as you have clean driving license or no more than a certain number of points you get job!

Driving Metrics - A driver's metrics can affect the whole fleet of driver's bonus pay and the driver's chances of being replaced (or maybe offboarded) with another driver if metrics continue to be bad. These metrics include: driving distance, speeding, braking, parcel drop off picture (if applicable) etc. Self Employed - Sick? No sick pay/leave and may lose work for a few days if not reported before (Difficult to predict sick or unexpected problems).

Pay is good Van provided

Militant management. If you do well they give you more work, if you’re bad then just just hurry up. No incentives if your a hard worker and reliable, or any praise/thankyou. You give your availability but if you get a poor scorecard you’re not given work. But this can change last minute and you’re expected to drop everything and come in. It’s okay for the lead drivers though as they are the favourites but 1-2 seem to be bottom of the scorecards most weeks so no standby for them. You are just a head on the ground, once you’re gone, not even a Thankyou for the work you did for them.
