Poor employer - Key Account Manager ALTARES Employee Review

Great place to work, colleagues are nice and knowledgeable. A lot of flexibility and opportunities to contribute. I experienced a lot of growth at this organization, and this is also stimulated (even though this could be done even more!) Compensation is good, although I did wish (actual) inflation compensation would be offered.

That flexibility is also the downside, processes are not always as structured as they should be (although this was definitely being worked on). Lack of documentation can make it difficult to get started, and it is a problem when colleagues leave as when they leave their knowledge leaves with them. Working with the French head office can be tough at times, there is a clash between the Benelux and French corporate cultures.

I have a good salary and nice colleagues in the team.

Here is no ambition for the future and no new important developments are done. The managers have no trust in employees and you have no freedom to do things yourself. Their is a culture of control and it is not good, almost toxic.
