Pros
Flexibility. Not because they want to give it but just because managers don't care/don't have time to focus on the people they manage.
Cons
Denmark TOP management is all French while we're in Denmark (meanwhile they say we're very multicultural....everywhere but high management). Therefore, the way of working is French. Totally opposite to Danish culture. The people working here moved to Denmark because of the known good working culture, otherwise they would've moved to France. Many danish colleagues left the company because the working environment is horrible. 80% of the people are overloaded. Many colleagues went on sick leave because of stress, The simple reason is that they don't want to hire more people ($$$). Managers complain and ask for quality but they don't help to achieve it. Salaries used to be average but not anymore. Many people leaving for that reason. When asking for a raise the answer is always NO. Performance increase is ridiculous. Inflation is not considered at all. Career opportunities in Denmark are VERY limited. Most of the people simply leave the company as they can't grow inside the organization. Also funny story to see colleagues taking much more responsibility without having their salary adjusted accordingly. No real good benefits. No social gatherings. Now we even need to pay for the company phone :)
