Pros
Development opportunities, international environment, result oriented team. The colleague were very supportive globally, if there was somthing to solve or find out, were like one person trying to get the result. Real solution, not just to provide the management with something. I think this attitude came from the company cultre, the management always appreciated the hard work and the development ideas.
Cons
Permanent reorgnization. It was quite difficult to plan for longer term than one year, because the internl environment always changed. In HR, in talent management and also in the own carreer development it something very difficult to deal with.
