Pros
Excellent training and development opportunities. Free language training, and unrestricted upskilling across all the business platforms. Pension deal (contribute n%, get n+2%) was nice, but not anything special. Medical and other benefits were better than average.
Cons
Job description was for one job, but was working as something else entirely. Complete lack of trust in the wider company, the Plymouth office is a forgotten place that nobody wants to invest in. No growth or opportunities on site whatsoever. Extremely poor (40% of what they should be) wages, not worth it at all.
