Both excellent recruiters and remain top billers in the business. * Professional environment without the high pressure/micro management of other recruitment firms. * Great commission structure. Clear and transparent. * Great fun office environment

* Great commission, but generally pay lower base salaries. Makes sense, as it keeps the business profitable. If you back yourself to bill, you will be well remunerated

The company has a great culture, hands off management that empowers you to excel. The brand is positively recognized in Asia, as recruiters are motivated to take a consultative approach and work closely with clients. They don’t push KPIs like larger recruitment firms. Consultants here actually care about their clients and candidates.
