      Pros

      Not many to speak of - perhaps there is lots of bureaucracy that could work in your favor if you are a person interested in hiding out for a low-medium industry wage and not accomplishing much.

      Cons

      The company I worked for was acquired by ALS. After 2 years of observing continuous mismanagement and waste of resources due to a horribly thought out transition I jumped ship. Lots of overlap in positions and no real structure or clarity of job roles after 2 years.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
