Thank you for leaving a review. It is great that you find there is good upward mobility at ALS and that it is a good fit for entry level work experience. Along with that upward mobility, we have a variety of structured wage increase programs in place so hopefully your concerns with pay are being addressed! Due to the seasonal nature of our industry, when samples pick up we hire temporary seasonal staff to assist with workloads. However, things can still get very busy. Many of our employees like the challenge and enjoy the additional overtime but we realize not all employees may want that. Thank you for your commitment to ALS and we appreciate the feedback.
