Located in the wonderful Pacific Northwest. Very large female to male ratio.

Cons

Only hire inexperience workforce, anyone with experience is driven out by salary stagnation or just fired to save money. Very large female to male ratio.

Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

Cons

No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
