ALPS self promotes as a great place to work- even investing in the awards that bear that title, but management was unwilling and unable to provide recognition or back up the great place to work title, "Anonymous" surveys done annually are brought up in team settings and performance reviews- so didn't feel anonymous. Not a culture of growth. Some departments have low to no turnover, some departments have had absurdly high turnover. Did not feel like there were any efforts to mitigate those losses. Leadership is inexperienced so it felt directionless. Politics were often a discussion which felt uncomfortable.
