Pros
office location was ideal for commuting, good staff perks and supportive in career progression.
Cons
At first, everything seemed promising, with all the bells and whistles. However, when things went wrong, they went very wrong. Poor management practices were in place, and the young, inexperienced staff in leadership roles struggled to effectively manage situations. It became all too easy for individuals to shift blame rather than take responsibility. Some team members were particularly demanding and unpleasant, further exacerbating tensions.
The office culture also suffered due to the minimal in-office presence, as the majority of staff worked from home. This lack of cohesion contributed to an unsettling and fragmented workplace atmosphere.
