Pros
Was a wonderful company before the acquisitions and new c-suite arrived. People were united under a mission of saving lives and had passion to do a good job. Culture was great and people enjoyed coming into work everyday. There was no fear culture.
Cons
Once the new c-suite took over, employees were promised everything under the sun - the company is going to experience hyper-growth, we'll all be successful and just bathing in money. Hard workers will be promoted and rewarded. Not only did they fail to backup their promises, it was revealed that they were bold-faced liars. Metrics were raised during the pandemic so the company wouldn't have to pay out commissions they promised at the beginning of the year. Management constantly belittles and disrespects the serfs (as they see it) and people are being fired constantly with little to no warning. They recently fired the co-founder which tells you all you need to know about how much the mission means to them. They're now using open-source content and repackinging as their own to sell for a profit. Much of the software is severely lacking and some customers still haven't received any onboarding after signing a contract. Don't trust a single word that any c-suite member says, the only thing you can trust is that they're lying. The new mission is to make the company look as profitable as possible to ultimately resell.
