Pros
Friendly environment. Safe space for women as 95% are girls. Your flexibility (late coming, leave, wfh) depends on your supervisor (some very lenient, some strict). Can learn a lot about early childhood edu. Location wise very good, a lot of foods for lunch nearby. Workloads ok but can be very busy at certain time.
Cons
Boss only love top managers & obvious favouritism for certain dept. Geng culture only for certain people, they'll use any legal way possible to dispose people. From my observation, the boss dont care even if you worked for them for YEARSS. Benefit BAREEE minimum (some holiday didnt take, tiny med claim, very low bonus & increment, makan2 also potluck).
