Pros
I started working at Aldi in 2015 and loved it. It was hard work but you felt like you were part of a successful team, which was very motivating. Great if you want to work part time as a store assistant.
Cons
Nowadays upper management ask for more and more and give you less and less to work with. Day in, day out this becomes very tiring, especially given you can be working 12-14 hour shifts with only a 30 minute break. You never feel like you have enough time to complete the job which leads to jobs getting rushed and not completed to a high standard.
