The flexibility is very good in organising your working week, the challenged keep you stimulated and the benefits are incomparable to other companies.
Cons
The Work life balance is poor with little thought given to offer employees an oppourtinity to have one. Because of the benefits you are expected to dedicate yourself to the role. The culture is very old fashioned with little regard to change culture and the company itself can be fairly negative with regard to its environment.
