Pros
The salary is good but you are expected to work hard which is understandable. Good team of people there. Management very open and have good approach. It's a growing company so you need to adapt around the work and hours. Perks àre good canteen subsidised and good selection of food and drinks.
Cons
The only downside if that is what you could call it is you never no your finish time so it makes it difficult to plan private life v work life balance.
