Working in AKS is like working in Prison, as you are not allowed to go out for 15mts in a day. if exceeded by a minute, half day salary is cut. They don't consider work done after office hours. Management sacks resources based on wish and mood of boss Lunch to be ordered online in website. if you are late/forgot to order, then forgot lunch No heaters in winter. Floor is cold and unable to sit. All admin staff are mini CEO's and follow rules and regulations. If they caught you, forget you job. Senior Management is dummy, no power, just follow CEO's orders in every aspect of the project One completion of 30 working days in office, you are eligible for a single leave. no prior approvals/excuses are given for coming late. if so forget half day/full day is cut AKS provides softwares for any thing and everything. But follow manual books for attendance, as they dont trust biometic machines. They are good pay masters but, they have multiple ways to cut salary. E.g if you take 2 days leave and your salary is Rs.10000, your salary is = 10000 - 10000/22 working days *2 = Rs.9545 Pay is done on 15th of every month, if you take leave, salary is processed by cheques with approvals and will take few more days HR is good. but no power Salary is disbursed to Deutsche bank, which has 1 or 2 branches in city.
