      They use people as items. They hire to try to get contracts and cancel the contract during the probation period if they do not get any, without telling it in advance. Further, they consume the holidays pretending it is something different

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
