Great Company to learn different sides of the business! - Operations Manager AKDO Employee Review

I have been working with AKDO over 7 years and we have been through bad days and good days. Most of my experience was positive. Everyone doing their best to support each other. Since it is a smaller size business, I got to learn different aspects of the operations. I was exposed to sales, customer service, marketing and warehouse operations. It helped me to learn more important lessons and understand the big picture when working in Operations. You don't get this chance at big corporations Everyone at the company is very friendly and support each other when needed. There are many people who have been working with AKDO over 15+ years! I think this is a very important sign which shows how much AKDO values hard work, kindness and loyalty. It feels like a family to me. Managers and CEO always ask how things are going in my life and they offer help when I have a issue outside of the work. In summary, I would definitely recommend working here!
