      If you need a pay check until something else comes along then this will suffice but definitley would need to be short term.

      Cons

      Poor Managers Employees treated poorly - cursed at regularly Long hours including weekends (expected and mandatory) Skilled people are leaving this company in quick succession due to hostile environment.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
