      Health insurance is free which is nice

      Cons

      Zero attention to a work life balance and zero ability to maintain any sort of competence during busy seasons. A total dumpster fire in the production department which leads to salaried employees being abused and forced to work for free

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
