no tranparency b/w leadership and workers - false promises, false promotions, and unclear strategy. the CEO had severe issues witholding information from her team. All things we heard only through the grapevine. the lack of trust is the #1 problem.
Noble mission: the company is dedicated to improving the IVF patient journey and easing the day-to-day work of clinical staff.

Decision-making processes at the management level can feel rushed at times. Greater consistency and transparency would strengthen belief in the process and improve overall morale.
