So many where do I start… Health insurance - expensive and barely any coverage PTO- not competitive to the market. They start off at like 2 weeks and you don’t get 4 weeks until after 5 years. Hybrid schedule- it’s a mess, no policy on if you’re sick and going into the office. HR- so organized no onboarding at all Work life balance- absolutely none. You will be working day and night just to meet the demand. Bonus- don’t count on it Salary- they are semi competitive but that’s mostly so people don’t quit
