We apologize for any shortcomings in management that you may have experienced. We are always looking for ways to improve our communication and transparency with our employees and we have an internal feedback tool as a direct reporting channel between the employee and Global management. The feedback given is anonymous and helps us collecting employee's queries, ideas, and complaints in order to measure the employee experience in different areas. We take your concerns about the air quality in our massage rooms and cleanliness seriously, and we will take steps to address these issues as soon as possible.
In terms of breaks, we do aim to provide our employees with adequate time to rest and recharge. We apologize if this has not been the case for you and will work to ensure that all employees receive their entitled breaks moving forward.
