      Always interesting tasks. The branch is modern-day and exciting to discover. Friendly culture and great teammates. It feels like in a big family to work there.

      Cons

      Salaries below the market. Sometimes old-fashioned approaches. Discrimination on the basis of religion and sexual orientation.

      Pros

      Great company to start, partial medical insurance and courses coverage is included. Team buildings, corporate parties, gifts are really great. Wonderful office with everything you need. Most of the colleagues are really nice people. KPI bonuses make sense.

      Cons

      Salaries a bit low, not a lot of opportunities to grow. You can get a toxic manager, if you are not really lucky. Low influence on processes etc. No performance reviews, so no salary reviews. Only linear growth in the most cases.

      Everything is almost seem to be in Ukrainian, but so far they are still progressing to change it to english.
