We understand the importance of flexibility for our Associates which is why we are so proud to offer a remote-first environment, allowing Associate the opportunity to choose where they do their best work. The company has undergone a lot of changes recently and I understand how these changes can be disconcerting. We have a new President, along with new members of the senior leadership team, and I personally look forward to seeing where their passion and deep industry expertise will take us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
