      - amazing team of kind and talented humans - strong and sincere mentorship - endless opportunities - lots of flexibility, autonomy and trust - you will learn SO much in a short amount of time - authentic company values and human connection - the work is meaningful, stimulating, challenging and also FUN - lots of laughs all the time!

      No cons... other than it can be super busy and fast paced, but that is just recruiting in general :).

      The team’s always available for all my inquiries and the roles they provided have helped me grow personally and professionally. They value their people, pay us on time and pay us above the industry average.

      You have to be quick to respond because the Ambassdor roles are staffed quick!
