Overall, working at AIM has been a positive experience. The team is generally collaborative, there's a sense of momentum, and it's exciting to be part of building something that's taking off. There are large opportunities to learn new things and take on responsibility if you seek them out. The work can be demanding, but it's satisfying to contribute to the product.

It's a startup, the pace is fast, and the process of scaling the business can feel quite hectic at times, leading to some disorganization. Internal processes are still developing, which requires flexibility and occasionally means navigating ambiguity.
