Lots of great people to work with.

Limited promotional opportunities due to size of the organization.

Culture allowed for autonomy and growth. Technical subject matter experts were great to work with. Interesting work. Customer service oriented. Fair pay and benefits.

Heavy workload. I worked long hours because of the responsibility involved. The loaned executive structure is fine, but different. Some politics. Not a lot to say that is negative, it is a great place to work.
