Management will bully you out if they don't like you, regardless of ability. Favouritism, lack of transparency, leaders do not listen to their staff, lack of accountability, workloads unmanageable, rife with nepotism, lack of empathy towards staff, lies about 'work flexibility' and doctors KPI requirements against staff they don't like.
