      great ppl, nice infra, good facilities nice girls they promote ppl rather than hiring TL's/ managers

      Cons

      bad food/ transport/ some policies/ lot of smoking ppl. ppl get promoted by mgmt's "sifarish" lot of loopholes in system because of which ppl earn incentives

      Pros

      AHMSI does provides training for course of work. Since companies does things differently, AHMSI does informed new commers what they expect and how to execute their expectations.

      Cons

      AHMSI overload you with informations. AHMSI needs to provide new commers with brief materials for the work expectation.

      VP & above...Outdated top-down management style Management actions do not reflect "Company Values" Unfair/unequal pay and promotion opportunities No feedback, leadership, direction, recognition, career tracking, training, goal setting, development or succession planning Poor Tuition Reimbursement program --$500 per year
