It's been such a pleasant experience working at AGrader. Bosses and colleagues are helpful and supportive, always looking out for each other and providing guidance whenever necessary. AGrader is always striving to improve and do better, hence the company is always onto novel and interesting projects, which open up new rooms and opportunities for learning and self-improvement. Working hours and location are flexible, and micro-management is minimal, thus independency and self-discipline are keys for success here. Every employee's efforts are rewarded substantially as well.

There is no major downsides in working here.

Working at Sembawang branch, my admin team has been assisting me with empathy and patience for almost five years since I joined this family. They addressed my issues fast, and explained their takes with justification. In short, they convinced, and not confused me. This allows me to focus on my job with ease. Additionally, I am thankful towards the progressive wage scheme implemented by the Headquarter (Agrader). Lastly, I am grateful towards my centre manager for being thoughtful and generous towards my fellow colleagues and me. More significantly, she never fails to address my concerns promptly by putting aside her work first. She will go the extra mile to handle my issues even if it is beyond office hours. This also applies to the HR team at the Headquarter. Thank you for being there by my side.

I hope that the kindness and empathy offered by my manager and the admin team at Sembawang branch would not be exploited.
