Pros
People are individually nice, good people. Good company, strong management team who know their products.
Cons
(The cons I saw were in marketing) and in marketing amongst 'the team' the consensus was that the only people we saw getting ahead were ones who played the game, brown-nosed, agreed with Marketing leadership, and fit a certain mold. Marketing leadership were smart and talented, but not at marketing. Certainly not an anomaly in the financial world, however it is tedious and a bit depressing to work in a 'creative' department and need to drop creativity to get ahead. Not very motivational to talented employees and doesn't lend itself to great marketing material. That said, the lack of creativity and diversity of thought does set the stage nicely for a cost-saving shift to AI-generated marketing material. Then use those savings to pay the agency when creativity is required.
