Pros
From the outside looking in, the client roster is wide-ranging and exciting. There's opportunity to meet and learn from talented individuals and leaders (this is completely dependent upon the department you join).
Cons
- Don't believe the fake five-star reviews. There is a deep-rooted issue with the company if upper management feels the need to post fake reviews to help with their hiring process. - Upper management needs a lot of work. There are individuals in managerial positions that lack the leadership skills and qualifications necessary to ensure employees are given the guidance they need to succeed. - A toxic culture of gossip, bullying, cliques, and secrecy. Watched some of the most talented, hardworking people become disillusioned overnight due to the way they were treated by the CEOs. - Individuals that succeed here are "yes men". Beware if you like to ask questions or understand "why". - Low pay for work that burns people out quickly. They constantly give out sabbaticals to ensure employees don't leave. High turnover rate.
