      -Decent pay - enough days for vacation or time off - union job - good place to build connections

      Cons

      - Operations supervisor believe the airport is a mini JFK - a lot of micro management - They force you to do overtime or you get write ups and then fire you - As a operations coordinator you have to do work hard and see the supervisors relaxing or eating in the desk the whole time
