Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my time at AES International. What stands out most is that your ideas are listened to and, more importantly, acted upon. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely make a difference rather than just being a small cog in a large organisation. The people are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, creating a strong team culture where collaboration comes naturally. Leadership is accessible and transparent, and there is a genuine desire to improve and evolve as a business. I’ve had the opportunity to work with colleagues across different areas of the company, which has helped me broaden my experience and continue developing professionally. The company is always looking for ways to improve, whether that’s enhancing the client experience, streamlining processes, or investing in its people.
Cons
As a growing business, priorities can occasionally shift, which can make planning more challenging. There are also opportunities to improve communication and consistency across teams, particularly for cross-department projects. Some processes are still evolving, but management is generally open to feedback and continuous improvement.
