      Superior Benefits, Atmosphere of mutual respect, Focus on Integrity and value to the Customer. Senior management cares what the employee thinks.

      Cons

      Pathetic IT support form the IT "Help Desk". The Compliance function seems a bit heavy-handed in that there is much required training that is not altogether applicable to one's job.

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
