Pros
Apart from making some great friends and colleagues there is nothing much positive I can say really. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Cons
Always restructuring, therefore, redundancies ongoing. Always buying up companies and then not retaining their best staff. Management are poor. Too many of them. Set up Departments only to then close them down within a short space of time - more redundancies.
