Pros

Good working conditions. Healthcare benefits were acceptable. Location in the city was good. Dress code was relaxed over the years.

Cons

Top down mentality. Management lives by and promotes an "us versus them (management v staff)" mentality. Management is sexist, racist and homophobic. Management does not have even one iota of a concern for staffs' personal lives. Staff is encouraged to lie on time sheets in order to maximize billable rate and corporate profits, thereby cheating clients. Management regularly disparages clients, internally. Management tries to placate staff by buying pizza for lunch, and making other trivial gestures; I often refused to take part. There's a general disrespect for new ideas from staff. They just want you to do what you are told, and that was actually said to me.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
